Personalisation
How do I personalise my gift?
Choose your options on the product page, then type your text in the personalisation box. We print or engrave exactly what you type, so please check spelling, capital letters and dates before adding it to your basket.
I made a mistake in my personalisation. Can I change it?
Please email hello@giftswithastory.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and the correct text. If we haven’t started making your gift yet, we’ll happily update it.
Can I add a photo?
Yes, on products that say “Photo” you can upload your picture on the product page (JPG, PNG or HEIC, up to 15 MB). A clear, well-lit photo where the faces are easy to see gives the best result.
Will my gift look exactly like the photos?
The design will match the product photos, with your own text or photo. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
Orders and delivery
How long will my order take?
Every gift is made to order by us. You’ll find current making and delivery times on our Delivery Information page.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on UK orders over £20. For smaller orders, the delivery price is shown in your basket before you pay.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
How can I pay?
You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Payments are handled securely by Stripe and PayPal, and we never see your card details.
Returns
Can I return a personalised item?
Because each item is made just for you, personalised gifts can’t be returned if you change your mind. If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, please contact us with a photo and we’ll put it right. See our Returns policy for details.
